This Privacy Policy is specifically designed to explain to the best of my abilities how I manage your personal information you consent to me when you access my website, purchase any of my products or services, correspond with me – such as email, or social media outlets – as well as describing your own rights in regard to your information I collect.
The Privacy Policy also explains to the best of my abilities the exact means of communication and the reasons for communication between THE FREELANCER Photography and its clients.
Typical correspondence is necessary for my bookings and services as a mutual contractual agreement between myself and the client is required. I may contact you to notify or resolve any issues, concerns, or disputes that may arise with your account. I may contact you to collect payments owed. I may contact you to send business updates regarding new products and services, or to benefit company/client relations. I may contact you if needed to enforce my Privacy Policy, any applicable national laws, and any agreements I may have with you. I may contact you via email, telephone, or text messages.
The Privacy Policy also explains to the best of my abilities how your information is shared with third-party services utilized by THE FREELANCER Photography and legal enforcement agencies according to local laws and regulations. My company utilizes PIXIESET.com, a third-party service that is a website provider specifically for photographers. The PIXIESET.com platform provides me with all the necessary tools to facilitate any requirements necessitated with a photographic business, such as an online storefront and gallery to sell my services and products to you. Your data may be stored on PIXIESET.com’s databases and applications, which is safely secured on firewall-protected servers.
All direct payment processors offered through PIXIESET.com and used by my company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by PCI Security Standards Council – a joint effort between brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements ensure business-standard secure handling of sensitive credit card information by my store and my service providers.
Please read the Privacy Policy very carefully. I have the right to modify the Policy at any time, so I encourage you to please review the Policy frequently when you visit my website to be up to date on any future amends to the Policy.
