PORTRAITURE

THE HUMAN FACTOR

Portraiture is probably the hardest type of photography I shoot. It teeters on the line between commercial and artistic and is arguably the most relatable of all the photographic fields. It is because of the unifying factor - the subliminal story or conclusions you can draw about the subject from their eyes or their wardrobe - which gives portraiture its magic and obstruse feel.
