MOU SIGNING AT SHAW AIRFORCE BASE
An MOU (memorandum of understanding) is an agreement between two or more parties that details the goals and interests of those involved, as well as the means and particulars to achieve them. It also signifies that both parties will move forward with an official contract; in this case, between SHAW Airforce Base and TROY University - which has had a long-standing relationship with the military - have agreed to start offering on-site classes on base.
